Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, June 20, 2011 <br />Page 2 <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />SERVICE - Douglas Metzung <br />There was no report. <br />BUILDING - John Marrelli <br />Mr. Marrelli reported that in the next two to three weeks you may see the Musca Plaza's facelift <br />starting. Bids were collected today. I don't know who the contractor is yet, but I expect to see <br />some activity there shortly, within two to three weeks. <br />ENGINEERING - Tom Capnello <br />There was no report. <br />LEGAL DEPARTMENT - Diane Calta <br />There was no report. <br />FIRE.- Chief Mohr <br />There was no report. <br />FINANCE - Ron Wvnne <br />Mr. Wynne reported that we have our second Town Hall meeting tomorrow evening at 7:00 for <br />all those interested in attending. Also, the 2012 Tax Budget which is our revenue budget is due <br />in to the County by July 15th. I will be preparing that this week. You will have a copy of that <br />this weekend. It will be on the agenda for approval at the July 5t' Special Meeting so we can get <br />it into the County on time. <br />Council President Buckholtz reminded everyone that the July Sth Special Meeting is a Tuesday. <br />We will remind everyone again. <br />POLICE - Chief Edelman <br />There was no report. <br />PARKS & RECREATION - Bill Thomas <br />Mr. Thomas reported that Parkview Pool is up and running. We just need some consistent <br />weather to get it going more. All camps are off the ground except for Junior Camp which starts <br />tomorrow at St. Francis. We will be sharing St. Francis with Sports N More Camp. We continue <br />to work on our Fall programs. That brochure will be out at the end of August. Cruise Night was a
