Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, June 20, 2011 <br />Page 5 ' <br /> <br /> <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported that we do not meet during the Suminer. Our next <br />meeting will be in the Fall. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Information & Technology - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported that the Commission met on June 15`h. We are still <br />in open discussion about off-site storage. Mrs. Betsa checked with the State Auditor on the date <br />for scheduling House Bi119 training at the Civic Center. That could possibly be after the election <br />in November. They won't give her a firm date on that yet. <br />Communitv and Economic Develonment - Mr. Saponaro reported that the new committee, <br />Community and Economic Development, met on June 7?'. We had an organizational part of the <br />meeting and then had discussion regarding the library consiruction update, the Greenway Trail <br />update and some economic development that is occurring within the Village. Things that we <br />agreed as far as our overarching goals of the Committee, Council and Administration are one, <br />staying within the budget, two, continuing to reduce debt, and three, bringing in additional <br />revenue to the Village by creating an environnient that attracts forward-thinking businesses. Our <br />next meeting is on Tuesday, July Stn <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Third Readine of Ordinance No. 2011-18, entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />amending Codified Ordinance Chapter 1124 pertaining to Comprehensive Storm Water <br />Management." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - <br />Apri125, 2011; Second Reading - May 16, 2011). <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-18. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Third Reading of Ordinarice No. 2011-19, entitled, "An -emergency ordinance <br />amending Codified Ordinance Chapter 1129 pertaining to erosion and sediment control." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - April 25, 2011; <br />Second Reading - May 16, 2011). Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-19. <br /> <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
