Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, July 18, 2011 <br />Page 12 <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $6,679.50 to Mad About Radios <br />for alerting radios for mutual aid citnes. <br />This motion was deferred. <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $9,000 to DJL <br />Materials for purchase of crack sealer and equipment rental for various areas in the <br />Village streets. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion .to authorize expenditure in an amount <br />not to exceed $9,000 to DJL Materials for purchase of crack sealer and equipment rental for <br />various areas in the Village streets. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $15,685 to City of Mayfield <br />Heights in payment of Teen Adventure Camp Co-Op Program (pass through) <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$15,685 to City of Mayfield Heights in payment of Teen Adventure Camp Co-Op Program (pass <br />through). <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions. This is covered by the fees for <br />those who participated? <br />Mr. Saponaro replied, yes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $4,075 to the Legend <br />Monument Restoration Company for the repair of 10 gravemarkers at the Mayfield <br />Union Cemetery. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in an amount <br />not to exceed $4,075 to the Legend Monument Restoration Company for the repair of 10 <br />gravemarkers at the Mayfield Union Cemetery. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, this is our portion of the expenditure? <br />Mr. Saponaro stated, it's the total expenditure that is collected. The $18,000 is part of a particular <br />fund that every year each of the participating communities contribute to the fund. We have built <br />up enough of a reserve so that we can start this program of preserving the gravemarkers. <br /> <br /> <br />
