Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, October 17, 2011 Page 7 Third Readin2 of Ordinance No. 2011-32, entitled, "An emergency ordinance amending Codified Ordinance Section 1363.02, dumping, depositing, storage of garbage, rubbish, refuse prohibited." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - August 15, 2011; Second Reading - September 19, 2011) Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-32. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mr. Saponaro explained, this is just to clarify an ordinance. Screening is being added to it. Folks are keeping their garbage cans in the front of the yard. That's fine as long as they are screened and not viewable from the street. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any further comments. There were none. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted • Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2011-33, entitled, "An emergency ordinance enacting Chapter 1391 "Wind Energy Facilities" and to amend a portion of Chapter 1309 to include a fee for wind energy facilities in the Village." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - August 15, 2011; Second Reading - September 19, 2011) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-33. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mr. Saponaro stated, this is anticipating the wind energy facilities. We are trying to be proactive if they were to come in to Mayfield Village. This legislation limits the areas where they can be and all of the various conditions for them to be constructed in the Village. It's something we went through. We looked at other ordinances.
