The citizens emergency response teams, CERT has been provided by the County through Homeland Security $7,500 that will be split three ways between us, Highland Heights and Mayfield Heights. Mr. Saponaro reported, this is something that Ron has pushed for and supported. Most recently, the Auditor of the State of Ohio has sent a letter that it should not go to a third party or to the State. Council President Buckholtz asked, third party excludes RITA? NIr. Wynne replied, RITA is local. Mr. Saponaro added, RITA does it for us. We control it. Council President Buckholtz stated right, the third party is not RITA. Mr. Saponaro stated, yes, the State will take control of the way municipalities collect their municipal income tax.
