Motion to declare surplus 2 International dump trucks and a Dodge pick-up truck. . Mofion to go out to bid for the sale of 2 International dump trucks and a Dodge pick-up truck. . Motion to authorize ezpenditure in the amount of $15,000 to C.A. Agresta Construction representing change order for the Wiley Park Project. (80% is reimbursable as part of the 319 Grant). . Motion to authorize eapenditure in the amount of $2,770.00 to Geauga Mechanical Company for HVAC Maintenance Program for the police station. . Motion to authorize ezpenditure in the amount of $5,519.00 to Creative Microsystems, Inc. for 2012 annual software support for Data Base, Payroll and Finance. . Motion to acknowledge receipt of tLe financial reports for November 2011 and to approve of same as submitted. . . Motion to authorize transfer from the General Fund to the Street Construction Maintenance & Repair Fund to cover the 2011 road projects the sum of Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($950,000). . Motion to authorize transfer from the General Fund to the Civic Center Fund to cover the cost of roof replacement, cupola alteration and air conditioning replacement, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000). . Motion to authorize transfer from the General Fund to the Sanitary Sewer Relief Fund for future projects the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000). . Motion to authorize transfer from the General Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund to cover debt payments not funded by TIF, Special Assessment and Property Taz Revenue the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000).
