Regular Council Meeting Minutes , <br />8-16-10 <br />Page 19 <br />like to tell you is we are having a Quilt Show here October 0' and l Oth in this room and everyone <br />is invited to attend that too. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - There was no report. - <br />M.A.R.C. - Mr. Thomas reported that there was no meeting in August but there will be a <br />meeting scheduled on Thursday, September 2na at 7:00 p.m. at the Board office. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />PlanninLy and Zonin? - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported that the Recreation Board did not meet. They will be <br />meeting on September 15t' at 7:00 p.m. <br />SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Information & Technology - There was nothing to report. <br />Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported that we wiii be meeting on September lst at 12:30 in <br />this room. A gentle reminder to start saving your things to be shred because October 16t1' from <br />9:00-12:00 here in the parking lot will be our Shred Day. <br />OLD BUSINESS . <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2010-22, entitled, "An Ordinance proposing an <br />amendment to the Charter of Mayfield Village to correct and clarify certain definitions <br />and gramrnatical irregularities and to establish gender neutral content throughout." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - June 21, 2010; <br />Second Reading - July 19, 2010). <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2010-22. <br />Council President Pro Tem Marrie asked if there was any discussion.
