That's a different issue. <br />Q: That's the way Council here works. That's why we don't want Council to have the vote. <br />Every time Council has an issue, they rush it through. They call it an emergency and they <br />pass it. ' <br />Mayor Rinker: That's not true. <br />Q: Yes it is. <br />Mayor Rinker: I'm not going to argue with you if that's your opinion based on your opinion and <br />no observation. <br />Q: That's an opinion based on observation. <br />Q: _ What I heard from Dr. Keller and from you Mayor Rinker is that during the election <br />process all we hear is soundbytes and single pieces of information and words. Isn't it the <br />direct charged responsibility of those that represent us to give us an absolute clear <br />perception of what the issue is so that we can deliberate amongst ourselves and vote <br />according to what we understand and what we have as a community deliberated? <br />Mayor Rinker: Well I think the general answer is yes and that's what we've tried to do. <br />Q: What I heard you say is that the reason that the zoning needs to be, referendum needs to <br />be taken away is because we cannot make an informed decision. <br />, <br />Mayor Rinker: I didn't say that.
