Regular Council Meeting Minutes 10-18-10 Page 5 F M.A.R.C. - Dr. Parker reported that there was no meeting. There is no report. Ordinance Review Committee - There was no report. Planniniz and Zonin? - Mr. Marquardt reported that Planning and Zoning had a meeting scheduled for October 4th. The item on the agenda was off-street parking voting. There was not a quorum. No vote was taken. Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported that the Recreation Board will be meeting next week. SPECIAL COMMITTEE REPORTS: Information & Technology - There was no meeting. There is no report. Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported it was Shred Day on Saturday, but I was at the consortium meeting. Mrs. Betsa is reporting there was 56 cars and they handled 154 boxes to a total of a ton and 3/4 shred. When I was at Highland Heights Council meeting they had done 9,000 pounds the week before. They are going to do their next Shred Day in April. They're going to do it twice a year. They think it's very beneficial, which we have been doing, so I think we should continue on this program if the budget will so allow it. It's a good thing. 1Vlaybe we can work out something with Highland Heights. Our next Records Commission meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday at 12:30 in this room. We will be discussing that at that time. I will report back. OLD BUSINESS` . :' Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2010-32, entitled, "An emergency ordinance amending Chapter 1321, Residential Code of Ohio for one, two and three family dwellings to include Section 1321.02 - requirements and deadlines and Section 1321.99 - Penalty." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - August 16, 2010; Second Reading - September 20, 2010). Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2010-32. Council President Buckholtz asked, if there was any discussion. There was none.
