Minutes of the Special Meeting of Council <br />11-1-10 <br />Page 2 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All . Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Assignment and Expenditure Authorized <br />• Motion to accept bid of Cargill Salt of $44.84 for Winter 2010-2011 season. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to accept bid of Cargill Salt of $44.84 for <br />Winter 2010-2011 season. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Marrie stated this is $1.00 ton more than last year. <br />Dr. Parker asked how much percent of our last year's load do we have? Mr. Metzung replied, <br />we used 1800 tons of the 2500 tons from last year because we used less salt the last two years. I <br />have 200 tons sitting at Cargill from last year. We expect to use less salt. <br />? <br />Dr. Parker asked, how much do we have here right now? Mr. Metzung replied, we have almost a <br />full bin which is about 450-500 tons. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Bid Accepted <br />? <br />J <br />Motion to go into Executive Session for personnel matters to discuss negotiations <br />concerning wages and benefits of public employees. , <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to go into Executive Session for the <br />purpose of personnel matters to discuss negotiations concerning wages and benefits of pubTic <br />employees. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Adj ournment Authorized <br />Council President Buckholtz advised the public, I don't know how long we will be gone, <br />but we won't be voting on any other items tonight, so you are welcome to stay or have a good <br />evening. <br />Council adjourned for Executive Session at approximately 8:20 p.m. <br />Council readjourned at approximately 9:25 p.m. <br />?-
