Agenda of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />November 15, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />. Motion to authorize ezpenditure in the amount of $15,295 to Stephen Campbell <br />& Associates for upgrade to the audio recording system (approved by straw vote <br />taken November 8t ) <br />. Motion to authorize egpenditure in the amount of $63,402 to Statewide Ford for <br />the purchase of three 2011 Ford Crown Victoria police cars. <br />. Motion to authorize ezpenditure in the amount of $6,000 to King Ezcavating for <br />demolition of 691 SOM and two out buildings). <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $2,855.25 to Winter Equipment <br />for cutting edges for plow trucks. <br />. Motion to accept bid for cleaning services for new police facility. (Conditional <br />approval to Carlson Service based on employee police record check.) <br />. Motion to aclnowledge receipt of the financial reports for October 2010 and to <br />approve of same as submitted. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2010-40, entitled, "An emergency ordinance amending <br />the 2010 budget for Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as <br />a Whole. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2010-41, entitled, "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Chapter 1183 off-street parking and loading of the Village's codified ordinances." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />• Ezecutive Session <br />Personnel <br />- Motion to go into Ezecutive Session to discuss negotiations concerning <br />wages and benefits of public employees. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />CLOSING COMIVIENTS <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />BB/mb
