Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />12-20-10 <br />Page 16 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions. There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2010-14, entitled "An Emergency Resolution <br />designating certain Financial Institutions as Depositories for Interim Funds of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio for the five (5) year period commencing with January 1, 2011, and <br />authorizing Depository Agreements with said institutions." Introduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a Whoie. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2010-14. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Wynne explained, every 5 years Council renews this. This is just authorizing the Finance <br />Director to deal with certain financial institutions for the deposit of the Village's funds during <br />that 5 year timeframe. <br />Council President Buckholtz thanked Mr. Wynne for the explanation. <br />ROLL CAL,L: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br /> <br /> <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2010-15, entitled "A Resolution Requesting the <br />Cuyahoga County Treasurer to Adjust the Amended Official Certificate of Estimated <br />Resources for 2010." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Reso.lution No. 2010-15. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Wynne explained, the Amended Official Certificate is a sunimary of what funds we have <br />available to spend throughout the year. It was originally passed at the beginning of the year and <br />now we have updated it for our actual,receipts attached to the tax increase. There is one <br />Ordinance for appropriations, this takes care of the receipts side. We will be sending this down <br />to the County. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions.
