Including the <br />resurfacing of Wilson Mills Road from Chagrin River Road to SOM Center Road in <br />the amount of $105,360.61 {not final cost). <br />Mr. Buckholta stated as a reminder, this is not the final cost. This was discussed in Caucus and <br />it's 20% of the portion of construction costs only. <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Cinco a motion to authorize an expenditure to the <br />Cuyahoga County Engineer for repair of Nilson Mills Road slide area west of Chagrin River <br />Road, including the resurfacing of Wilson Mills Road from Chagrin River Road to SOM Center <br />Road in the amount of $105,360.61 (not final cost). <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure to RITA far cost incurred ~n the collection of <br />post judgment accounts in the amount of $5,000 for 2005 - 2006. <br />Mr. Brett advised this is just legal fees associated with RITA. <br />Mr. Marquardt stated he has a comment. There is a clause in there where the RITA accountant is <br />charging his time for attending these things, it's double dipping. He further stated that it is not <br />out of pocket costs, he is charging for his time to attend the meetings or hearings or whatever. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked how was that double dipping. <br />
