Council Meeting - ?/18/05 Page 19 Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-26, entitled; "An ordinance proposing an amendment to Article IV, Section 5 of the Charter of Mayfield Village pertaining to a "State of the Village" Report. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole: Mrs. Cinco made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Mills to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mr. Marquardt to enact Ordinance No. 2005-26. Rall Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-27, entitled; "An ordinance proposing an amendment to Article V, Section 6(B)(2) of the Charter of Mayfield Village pertaining to the removal of redundant language involving classified personnel in the Fire Department that is no longer necessary. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded. by Mr. Mamie to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
