Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount not to exceed $43,041.00 to Tech on Call for installation of a file server. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Dr. Parker indicated that this is more than just the installation of a file server, so he just wanted to get some clarification. Mr. Marrie indicated that it is per the package quote inclusive. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None . Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount not to exceed $3,289.12 to John J. Petro for mediator services in re Great Lakes Construction. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized at A motion to authorize the return of "hearing not requested" to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control of Notice to Legislative Authority relative to permit filed by Michael Pozzuto dba Village Food Mart. Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize returning "hearing not requested" form to the Ohio Division of Liquor Control relative to Village Food Mart. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Ms. Calta clarified that this ~is for Village Food Mart because he relocated across the street. Dr. Parker wanted to note that with the information we have there is no change in the permit and that the permit allows beer and wine, no hard liquor. Ms. Calta responded that he was correct.
