Mr. Marrelli indicated that he won't need it by November 1St. It <br />is okay to let it ride. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2005-22, entitled "An emergency resolution authorizing the <br />Finance Director to seek financial assistance from the Ohio EPA through its Division of <br />Environmental Financial Assistance for funding of the Mayfield Village Comprehensive Sewer <br />Conversion Program". Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2005-22. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2005-23, entitled "An emergency resolution in support of <br />Issue 6 proposing a 1.2 mil replacement levy for Tri-C". <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2005-23 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Council did not go in to Executive Session as there were no items to discuss. <br />ANY OTHER ITEMS BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mrs. Cinco reported that our budget was $250,000.00 for drainage and infrastructure. We <br />are roughly at $158,000.00. We are looking for 10% from the residents. Also in our <br />budget we are going to put Tom Cappello's fees, because that is time over and above and <br />that needs to come out of his budget. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if we ever determined that any residual monies will roll over. Mr. <br />Brett indicated that it will. <br />
