Davis in the amount of $16,963.00. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$16,963.00 to the Duane E. Davis Company for Fire Protection at the Civic Center <br />Mr. Marrelli said we are upgrading the present system. It is not operable-there is a fault in it <br />somewhere; the enunciator panel is a fault condition; we can't find it. We are going to upgrade the <br />systein to be ADA compliant with strobe lights and pull stations at the proper heights so we wrote a <br />spec, put it out to bid and Duane Davis came in second. We went with the lowest and best bidder. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, this isn't just phase one--this is for the whole building and it is <br />ADA compliant. <br />Mr. Marrelli said yes.
