Regular Council Minutes <br />2-21-OS <br />Page 17 <br />• Executive Session - Real Estate <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to recess into Executive Session for <br />the purposes of discussing real estate. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council recessed into Executive Session at 9:04 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:25 p.m. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />There were no further matters before Council. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mr. Marquardt asked if there have been any discussions with Dr. Stabile. <br />Council President Buckholtz said well he did send me an email just saying that he appreciated <br />the get together; he evidently read the minutes that we would get together in the Spring. <br />Mr. Marquardt said he will be in town tomorrow for a week so I wouldn't be surprised if he <br />speaks with some people. <br />Mrs. Mills said Mr. Metzung will be bringing up the subject of toters at the Caucus. <br />Mayor Rinker asked, what has been the feeling on those? <br />Mrs. Mills said he [Doug] just sent out a survey and they are slowly coming back. <br />Mr. Saponaro said he loves his toter. It is easy to move. The wheels are great and don't split <br />apart. <br />Mrs. Mills said as full as I fill mine, it is still easy to move. <br />Mr. Saponaro asked, could we change the meeting times for Citizen's Advisory to reflect that <br />they are going to be every month and it is going to be the last Monday. They have tried to make <br />it the last Monday unless it conflicts with Council; that is the goal.
