We did not have enough suitable material, typically <br />clay materials, that we could put into that so we had to use what is called a premium backfill <br />which is what this material is. Just to let everyone know that we are out of money for undercuts <br />for the project so when Phase 4 begins, we can look at more of the same. Again, we will not hav <br />suitable materials so we will be looking at another change order to complete Phase 4. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any further questions.
