Special Council Minutes <br />6-6-OS <br />Page 2 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by, Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an additional expenditure in <br />the amount of $224.17 to Santee Security for keys/locks at Civic Center (Council approved <br />$3,070 4/27/05). <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Marrelli advised that they replaced some of the locks that they thought could be re-keyed <br />and will run into more that needs to be done when they get to the basement area. Mr. Marrelli <br />advised that all that was done now was the office spaces. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />e A motion to authorize an. expenditure in the'amount of $7,987 to Gates McDonald <br />(Enrollment Fee: SWC Policy 2006 Group ltating Program). <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount <br />of $7,987 to Gates McDonald (Enrollment Fee: BWC Policy 2006 Group Rating Program). <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mayor Rinker asked if we should specify no coins. <br />Mr. Brett advised this was OMEL group rating, which cuts down the amount of money that <br />could be invested in coins, by lowering our rates by about $ 60,000.00. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First lteadinIZ of Ordinance No. 2005-21, entitled; "An Emergency Ordinance consenting to <br />the Co-Location of FIBERTOWER as a tenant on the 610 S.O.M. Center Tower." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2005-21. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br /> <br />I <br />?
