DRAFT <br />Council6/20/OS <br />Page 21 <br />4 A motion to authorize an additional expenditure in the amount not to exceed <br />$6,080 to Header Construction as change order work at Civic Center <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mr. Marrie to authorize an expenditure in the amount <br />not to exceed $ 6,080 to Header Construction as change order work at the Civic Center. <br />Mrs. Cinco questioned what work. <br />Mr. Metzung stated it was for carpentry work at the Civic Center, the Finance area had a lot <br />more built in, closets, things of that nature. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure for Modification of Work Order No. 7, <br />Modification No. 12 in the amount not to exceed $326,000 for Engineer Services <br />for SOM Widening. <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion, seconded by Mr. Marrie to authorize an expenditure for Modification <br />of Work Order No. 7, Modification No. 12 in the amount not to exceed $ 326,000 for Engineer <br />Services for SOM Widening. <br />Mr. Metzung stated this was for continuous inspection and engineering on the SOM Project, <br />because this project carries on through August: <br />Mr. Marquardt questioned how many people and for how long. <br />Mr. Metzung said he was sure it includes a staff between four and five, three on site, Mr. Dillon <br />and Mr. Koo from the main office. There were two or three inspectors on site at all times. Right <br />now, we have three full-time inspectors. <br />Mr. Marquardt wanted to know the number. <br />Mr. Brett stated he will go back and get the number. <br />Mr. Buckholtz wanted a description of the length of time and the number of man hours that they <br />were working, what this represents. Mr. Buckholtz asked to hold this until July until Mr. Brett <br />gets the explanation. <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion to withdraw this motion, seconded by Mr. Marrie <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Withdrawn
