Regular Council Meeting <br />7-9-01 <br />Page 10 <br />s A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $2,500 to Warren Fire <br />Equipment for SCBA maantenance and regulator test <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$2,500 to Warren Fire Equipment for SCBA maintenance and regulator test. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Executive Session (Real Estate) <br />Council President Marquardt requested a motion to adjourn into Executive Session for the <br />purpose of discussing real estate matters. <br />Mr. Ilacqua said we are missing 2 members of Council--maybe we should discuss this as a body <br />with everyone here. <br />Mayor Rinker thinks it is still appropriate to meet; he would still ask that we go into Executive <br />Session. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address.
