The revisions incorporate the easement toward the north property area
for a couple of utilities and possible construction worker access. The easement that is along
the scaauth border of the property is for the proposed entrance drive, for future development
and to provide ingress and egress for a lot that exists at the rear portion (Gus Kornick's).
Council President Marquardt said and that is no longer a problem.
Mr. Samac said if it isn't, it should not be a problem in the very near future.
Roll Call: AYES: All
NAYS: None Motion Cqrried
The Revised Easement for the Governor's Poi}lt Assisted Living Facility is approved.
¦ A motion to authorize an expenditure in thF aipount of $7,079.00 to Concord Road
Equipment for the purchase of a Bonnell snow plaw
Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Susa, made a motian.itb authorize.ah ;expenditure in the
amount of $7,079.00 to Concord Road $quipnlelitt.
