Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment of $8,225 to Village Mower Service for a new 72 inch riding mower for <br />the Service Deparhnent. <br />2. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment not to excee $5,000 to S-av-eco Services for the removal of asbestos from <br />400 S.O.M. Center Road. <br />3. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment not to exceed $10,000 foc the razing of the structure at 400 S.O.M. <br />Center Road. <br />4. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment not to exc $10,000 f the razing of the structure at 396 S.O.M. <br />Center Road. <br />5. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment of $2,940 to Anthem Life Insurance Company of Indiana for the term <br />life insurance policies for employees. (This was actually part of the overall hospitalization bid but was not spelled out in <br />the legislation accepting that bid). <br />6. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment of $5,332.25 to the Village of Gates for the Village's 50% share of the <br />costs of the video arrangement system. <br />C$41,S000% 7. Discussion of a motion to authorize the payment not to excee the Summer Voice of the Village. <br />8. Discussion of a motion to authorize the payment not to exceed $10,000 to the Auditor of State for services connected with <br />the audit of the Village's 1999 financial statements. <br />9. Discussion of a motion authorizing the payment of $5,112.00 to Gates McDonald for the participation fee for the Ohio <br />Municipal League's group rating plan for the State of Ohio's Workers' Compensation program. This has been a very <br />successful program in the past and Gates McDonald estimates that the group rating will save the Village in excess of <br />$45,000 in the 2000-2001 rating period. <br />10. Discussion of a host of motions declaring several automobiles surplus and authorizing their sale. <br />11. Discussion of infrastructure program.
