Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Council Schedule - Council President Buckholtz said for the calendar, our Council schedule for <br />April was changed due to vacations. We changed Caucus to the 8th and the Regular Meeting two <br />weeks later (Apri122.) We are going to need to hold a special meeting on April 8th to consider: <br />The Clean Ohio Grant and the Worton Park Waterline. For the May calendar, there will be a <br />primary election, so the Council Caucus will be held the second Monday (May 13) and the <br />Regular Meeting will still be on the 20th. He asked everyone to check their schedules. He said <br />he also wants to set up that insurance meeting and said he will do that by phone. <br />Leadership Academv - It is not clear if the date of the annual Leadership Academy Banquet is <br />Wednesday, April 10 or Thursday, April 11. Those interested in attending should let Donna <br />know. <br />Directorv - Council President Buckholtz said Donna passed out a directory. He asked everyone <br />to check their information and let Donna know if there are any changes. <br />Business Cards - Council President Buckholtz said some people will be ordering new business <br />cards. Council members should let Donna know if they want cards (and if so, what information <br />to include.) <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mr. Ilacqua said his mother spent a week in the hospital. The Village sent flowers and she was <br />thrilled. He promised her that he would thank everyone--so he thanked everyone and reported <br />that she is doing well. <br />Mrs. Mills said she went to the Cuyahoga County Board of Health meeting on March 11. There <br />is a folder in the Mayor's Office regarding the Board of Health. She cited the topics discussed.
