We changed Caucus to the 8th and the Regular Meeting two
weeks later (Apri122.) We are going to need to hold a special meeting on April 8th to consider:
The Clean Ohio Grant and the Worton Park Waterline. For the May calendar, there will be a
primary election, so the Council Caucus will be held the second Monday (May 13) and the
Regular Meeting will still be on the 20th. He asked everyone to check their schedules. He said
he also wants to set up that insurance meeting and said he will do that by phone.
Leadership Academv - It is not clear if the date of the annual Leadership Academy Banquet is
Wednesday, April 10 or Thursday, April 11. Those interested in attending should let Donna
know.
Directorv - Council President Buckholtz said Donna passed out a directory. He asked everyone
to check their information and let Donna know if there are any changes.
Business Cards - Council President Buckholtz said some people will be ordering new business
cards. Council members should let Donna know if they want cards (and if so, what information
to include.)
CLOSING COMMENTS
Mr. Ilacqua said his mother spent a week in the hospital. The Village sent flowers and she was
thrilled. He promised her that he would thank everyone--so he thanked everyone and reported
that she is doing well.
Mrs. Mills said she went to the Cuyahoga County Board of Health meeting on March 11. There
is a folder in the Mayor's Office regarding the Board of Health. She cited the topics discussed.
