<br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL COUNGIL MEETING <br />Mayfield Village <br />Apri18, 2002 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in special session on Monday, Apri18, 2002 at 9:12 p.m. in <br />the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Bill Buckholtz <br />presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ilacqua, Mr. Marquardt, <br />Mrs. Mills and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: Mr. Marrie <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Lt. Dearden, Mr. Hanculak, <br />Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, Mr. Thomas and Mrs. Roman <br /> <br /> <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $6,487.16 to Progressive <br />(reimbursement for taxes paid) <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the <br />amount of $6,487.16 to Progressive. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2002-07, entitled; "A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and <br />Finance Director to seek financial assistance from the State Issue I Clean Oho Program for funding <br />of the Beecher's Brook Outfall Project and the Upper 40 Outfall Project." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2002-07. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments.
