Regular Council Meeting <br />7-15-02 <br />Page 14 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br /> <br />[Note: Finance Director Brett had presented the Fiscal Officer's Certificate to Council; the Public <br />Hearing was held earlier this evening and discussion was held during Caucus.] <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2002-18, entitled; "An emergency resolution authorizing the <br />Mayor and Director of Finance to seek financial assistance from the Transportation Enhancement <br />Program as and for the funding of the Wilson-Beta-S.O.M.1Vlulti-Purpose Trail Phase I and Phase II <br />Proj ects. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2002-12. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, discussion? We've had discussion on this; let it be noted the <br />previous comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marrie, Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker <br />NAYS: Mr. Ilacqua, Mr. Marquardt <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Readintt of Resolution No. 2002-13, entitled; "An emergency resolution declaring the <br />necessity for providing for the payment of street lighting and the improvement or installation of <br />additional lighting by special assessment of all parcels benefited." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2002- 13.
