LD VI MAYFIELD VILLAGE
???
6621 Wilson Mills Road Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143
COMMISSION ON AGING
zl?_?? (216) 461-2210
BRUCE G. RINKER ELINICE KALINA
Mayor Director of Human Services
COMMISSION ON AGING/ HUMAN SERVICES
July 15, 2002
'Is
Those who participated in the trip to Wooster for Ohio Light Opera's
production of Brigadoon enjoyed a lovely day. There was not one complaint
about the food, show, or anything else. Unfortunately several tickets were not
used as we did not sell the number of places reserved. We will probably not
continue this as an annual event unless more interest is expressed in advance.
We anticipate better participation in our upcoming September.trip to
Portage Lakes and our December trip to see the Radio City Mu.ic Hall show
at Playhouse Square since reservations for these events are going well.
Our annual summer picnic is next Wednesday, July 24 at 4:30 p.m.
We have secured Monday morning October 28 for our Flu Shot Program with
the Cuyahoga County Board of Health. Pre-registration sessions are Friday,
October 4 from 9 to 11 a.m. and Monday, October 7 from 1 to 3 p.m. All of
these sessions will be in the Community Room.
The Card Group continues to meet Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the
Community Room with good participation.
Respectfully submitted,
l_.•-?
Eunice G. Kalina,
Director of Human Services
