Regular Council Meeting <br />7-15-02 <br />Page 9 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not <br />to exceed $2,600 to Ballash Press for the Fall issue of the Parks & Recreation Brochure. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-25, entitled; "An emergency ordinance to approve current <br />replacement pages to the Mayfield Village Codified Ordinances: " Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-25. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, discussion? <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2002-26, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />Mayor to negotiate and enter into a purchase agreement with June M. Kleinsorge as and for the <br />acquisition of real estate located at 6565 Highland Road." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marrie, Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker <br />NAYS: Mr. Ilacqua, Mr. Marquardt <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-26. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any discussion?
