Council President Buckholtz asked, discussion? Mr. Brett said I talked it over in Finance Committee, we took a number that we hope is on the high side right now. We tried without success to get a much more definite number from Dominion, but there are certain ancillary costs here that we are going with an estimation on. They understand that if the cost of the project starts to get near this number, the project maybe stopped until the necessary Council action or a changed order can be accomplished, so they have incentive to make sure they work under this. Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr, Marquardt; Mr. Marne, Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance 2002-36, entitles; "An emergency ordinance authorizing an addendum to the agreement between Mayfield Village and the Fraternal Order of Police lodge #57 effective January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2002. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mrs. Mills made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Dr. Parker said, could you just refresh our memory. Mr. Diemert said this is the agreement that we've been talking about for several months. As you know, when we changed our carriers in the middle of the term of the contract, it did change the terms and conditions of health care and the policy toward Dental that was ~~ provided to the F.O.P. under contract.
