We tried without success to get a much more definite number <br />from Dominion, but there are certain ancillary costs here that we are going with an <br />estimation on. They understand that if the cost of the project starts to get near this <br />number, the project maybe stopped until the necessary Council action or a changed order <br />can be accomplished, so they have incentive to make sure they work under this. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr, Marquardt; Mr. Marne, <br />Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance 2002-36, entitles; "An emergency ordinance authorizing an <br />addendum to the agreement between Mayfield Village and the Fraternal Order of Police <br />lodge #57 effective January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2002. Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mrs. Mills made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2002-36. <br />Council president Buckholtz asked, discussion? <br />Dr. Parker said, could you just refresh our memory. <br />Mr. Diemert said this is the agreement that we've been talking about for several months. <br />As you know, when we changed our carriers in the middle of the term of the contract, it <br />did change the terms and conditions of health care and the policy toward Dental that was <br />~~ provided to the F.O.P. under contract. <br />
