Center Road, and build an upscale beverage <br />store, which will encourage the selection of fine wines. Customers are expected to comprise of <br />residents and employees of local area businesses. <br />The owners intend to operate a business in Mayfield Village that is dedicated to <br />maintaining the highest.possible standards. The business, to be renamed Mayfield Village <br />Beverage, will center upon the selection of fine wines. The ways in which this business will <br />maintain those standards are: <br />Hours of Operation: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday -Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />Friday and Saturday. Not open on Sundays or holidays. <br />Staffing: 6 employees (including the p resent owners), 3 employees per shift. <br />
