They are breaking up the payment amongst 5 people; (Mayor <br />Rinker said by their own distribution) that's their own distribution. <br />Mr. Biter asked, everybody has signed off on it? <br />Mr. Brett said everybody; well, Larry Goldberg as Trustee of the Sunrise Development; he's signed <br />two; one for Sunrise Development, one for himself. So, he's taking the one that says Trustee on the <br />contract. Am I correct on that? <br />Mayor Rinker said his fiduciary. <br />Mr. Brett said as fiduciary. Then they've split out; we've agreed to cut the checks in the proportions <br />that they've asked for. So there will be 5-and there are 3 separate parcels including the former <br />Dussi property. <br />Council President Buckholtz said so this is all documented as to how they own their property and <br />we're just cutting the checks accordingly: <br />Mr. Brett said exactly. <br />Council President Buckholtz said fine; any other discussion? <br />There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $18,.908.75 to Larry Goldberg <br />for Right-of-Way Acquisition at parcels 59, 63 and 72 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of <br />$18,908.75 to Larry Goldberg for Right-of--Way Acquisition at parcels 59, 63 and 72. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any discussion? <br />Mrs. Mills asked, should we denote that that's also Sunrise? <br /> <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz said well it's not Sunrise; I think in the last parcel is 5 different people. <br />So, the last discussion really covers the whole thing. Some of it goes to the entity Sunrise and some <br />of goes to the trillion businesses. <br />
