Regular Council Meeting <br />1-27-03 <br />Page 13 <br />.. <br />? representatives from various departments from the Village and listened to their various requests <br />and information and we will be having a committee meeting tlus evening to discuss with Council <br />-- some of the aspects that we've had. <br />2020 Vision Committee - Mr. Marquardt said the 2020 Committee met on Wednesday the 22na <br />The consulting team presented a draft outline, or draft resolution I guess you'd say, that outlines <br />all the discussions to date for consideration by the 2020 Committee. The 2020 Committee <br />scheduled a series of ineetings, both with and without the consultants as well as a field trip to <br />look at some other interesting communities and we will be working to that schedule. <br />Council President Buckholtz said thank you; anything to add, Mrs. Mills? <br />Mrs. Mills said yes. I would say that this committee is doing an excellent ob. From what I could <br />hear at this meeting (and I haven't been to a meeting in a while) and they have really done a very <br />good job I think in their studies. <br />Council President Buckholtz said it's the beginning; it's just getting started so we hope that <br />continues. <br />OLD?BU?INESS : <br />? OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first <br />, state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items <br />under "Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />NEW. Bi7S.INESS <br />Mr. Riter said I would like to make a motion to add the jail reimbursement as approved and <br />recommended by the Finance Committee this evening. That was in Finance but it's not on our <br />agenda. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if we need to amend the agenda first. C.R.I.S. is on there. <br />Mr. Riter said we are talking about the Lake County Jail Reimbursement; it's not on there. <br />Dr. Parker seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />r? Council President Buckholtz said we have one other little oversight here. We have an item, Ken's <br />Auto Body-was that on Finance?
