Regular Council Meeting <br />2-17-03 <br />Page 19 of 20 <br />Mrs. Mills asked if the open portion could be done first. <br />Council President Buckholtz said I am sorry, we could do that open portion. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />Council President Buckholtz said thank you; then I would like a motion to go into executive session <br />for personnel matters. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to recess into executive sessian to discuss <br />personnel matters. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into executive session to discuss personnel matters at 9 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:17 p.m. <br />Council President Buckholtz said I would like to resume the meeting of Council. Any other matters <br />that need to come before Council? Shall we go around the horn? <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />No further matters. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mr. Riter said I would just like to thank the Service Department in their absence for the fine job <br />they've been doing in pushing the snow off the roads. <br />Council President Buckholtz said okay; agreed. <br />Mrs. Mills said thank you for the $2,500 to the Historical Society. And I hope that you really do <br />come and visit. <br />Mayor Rinker asked, what's the date on this? <br />Mrs. Mills said March lst and 2nd. (Saturday and Sunday.) <br />ADJOURNMENT
