Minutes of the Organizational Meeting of Council <br />Monday, January 9, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />Mayor Bodnar turned over the. gavel to Council President Saponaro. <br />. Election of Council President Pro Tem for 2017 <br />Council President Saponaro opened.the floor for nominatians. for Council President Pro Tem for <br />2017. <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mrs. Mills, nominated George Williams as Council President Pro Tem <br />for 2016. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, are there any other nominations?_ .There being no other <br />nominations, the nominations are closed. <br />. Motion to elect George Williams as Council President Pro Tem for 2017. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by 1VIr. Marrie, elected George Williams as Council President Pro Tem for <br />2017. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None George Williams Elected as Council <br />President Pro Tem for 2017. <br />Mayor Bodnar administered the oath of office to George Williams as Council President Pro Tem <br />for 2017. <br />Y OTHER MATTERS : <br />Council President Saponaro asked if there were any other matters. <br />Mrs. Mills asked, will you be changing any of the Council Committee assignments? <br />Council President Saponaro replied, unless someone specifically states that they want something <br />changed, no. <br />Mrs. Mills asked, will you still stay on Finance? <br />Council President Saponaro replied, yes. I am not planning on changing any of my assignments. <br />If someone would like to be on a different Committee, let me know. Are there any other <br />questions? There were none. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adjourn. <br /> <br />.--, <br />
