Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />IVlonday, January 23, 2017 <br />Fage 26, <br />Committee Renorts: , . ; <br />Citizen's Advisory. Gommittee - Mrs. Mills - The Corrunission is. meeting on IVlonday, <br />January30th at 7:00 p.m. at the Civic Center. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Sapo.naro - The Committee met this evening. There were 22 items <br />recommended for approval; two Ordinances and one Resolution where no action was taken at <br />this point. , <br />Safety and Service - 1VIr. Marrie - The Committee met on December 5t' and discussed and <br />approved multiple items and passed them on to Finance for :approval. All of them are on this <br />evening's agenda for final approval and vote. <br />While I have the floor, I would just like to publicly thank Bill Thomas for all he has done for <br />Mayfield Village and the residents of the Village. Thank you Bill. Good luck. <br />Ad Hoc Committees: <br />- In Committee Status Reports <br />o Historical Societv - Mrs. Mills reported the Mayfield. Township Historical <br />Society will start their Our Town tours this Wednesday. They will run until May <br />until all of the 3rd grade classes have come in to tour the House. • Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2016-35, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing an Independent. Contractor Agreement with Garry Regan for consulting on <br />programining and activities at The Grove, The Gazebo, and Reserve Hall." Introduced <br />by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (First Reading -12/19/16) (Administration) <br />Ordinance No. 2016-35 was moved to Third Reading. <br />NEW BITSINESS <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure fn an amount not to exceed $12,000 to All Covered <br />for backup/disaster recovery and miscellaneous support for the server. <br />(Administration) <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to <br />exceed $12,000 to All Covered for backup/disaster recovery and miscellaneous support for the <br />server.
