Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, February 20, 2017 <br />Page 12. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2017-08, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance creating <br />certain positions and compensation r.elated thereto for the Village's 2017 Summer Camp <br />program." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Recreation <br />Department) <br />Ordinance No. 2017-08 moved to Second Read. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2017-09, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a Purchase <br />Agreement to purchase the real estate located at 586 S.O.M. Center Road." Introduced <br />by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2017-09 moved to Second Read. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2017-10, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into a Purchase <br />Agreement to purchase the real estate located at 570 S.O.M. Center Road." Introduced <br />by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2017-10 moved to Second Read. <br />Council President Saponaro clarified, for everyone's education, some of the things we have to do <br />we have to pass because they are time-sensitive and if we have a deadline we have to pass an <br />Ordinance by. Others, if we can keep them on for Three Readings, that's what we want to do, so <br />we are keeping these last four on Three Readings. It will go through the normal process. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2017-11, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Nlayor and President of Council to enter into a Plan <br />Agreement that implements a Health Reimbursement Account for eligible 1Vlayfield <br />Village employees." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Jerome, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions: <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2017-11. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne reported, as part of our health insurance renewal with the Cuyahoga County <br />Regional Plan, we have'decided to move away from the Medical Expense Reimbursement <br />Plan we have to a Health Reimbursement account. This is projected to save us about <br /> <br /> <br />--- ?
