Hattie Larlham Constant Companions Program 700 Beta Drive <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to accept Planning and Zoning's February <br />6, 2017 recommendation for renewal of Conditional Use and Special Use Permits listed above <br />with expiration date December 2018. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Recommendation by Planning <br />and Zoning for Renewal of <br />Conditional Use and Special Use <br />Permits to 12/31/2018 Approved <br /> <br /> <br />Motion to authorize an addendum to the Economic Development Incentive <br />Agreement between Mayfield Village, Ohio, the Mayfield Community Improvement <br />Corporation and Mars Electric Co. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to authorize an addendum to the Economic <br />Development Incentive Agreement between Mayfield Village, Ohio, the Mayfield Community <br />Improvement Corporation and Mars Electric Co. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mrs. Mills stated, we held a meeting of the MCIC this evening. The Committee approved this. <br />Mr. Wynne added, this Agreement was put in place with Mars Electric in late 2015 and early <br />2016 with an anticipated move-in date at the end of 2016. The Agreement was going to start on <br />January 1' of this year. Due to construction delays, Mars was not able to move into their facility <br />until February of this year. This motion is delaying the term from a January 1, 2017 start to a <br />March 1, 2017 start.
