DEPAIZTIVIENT YiEAD REPORTS: Diane Wolgamuth (Administration) - The automatic door openers have been installed at the Cominunity Room and seem to be operational. John Marrelli (Building) - . Architectural Review Board - The Board met last Thursday. We approved two new coinmercials signs - one for the High School and one for the restaurant taking over Fisher's Tavern. . Planning and Zoning - The Commission approved the Conditional Use Permit for 480 SOM, the Fappiano property. Mary Betsa (Council Clerk) . Records Commission - The next meeting is on Wednesday, April 26?' at 12:00 at the Civic Center. There are fliers on the table concerning Shred Day which is scheduled for Saturday, May 13th froin 9:00-12:00. If you have any questions, feel free to call.me. Tom Cappello (Engineer) - The long-awaited Wilson Mills Road night closures are going to begin tonight through the rest of the week. Partial lane closures, one lane in each direction, are scheduled for 7:00-9:00 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. until 5:30 a.m., full closure. They will begin demo'ing the bridges over Wilson Mills. Council President Saponaro stated, people can access the freeway and exit from the freeway as long as they do not need to go under the bridge. Mr. Cappello replied, correct. After this meeting, if you need to head West, you might want to take a detour. Assistant Fire Chief Mike Girbino (Fire) - We will be starting our fire hydrant flushing program this year. We should be starting by the end of the week. We will be posting at least 24 hours in advance on the streets that we will be flushing. We do sometimes flush the main streets on weekends on Saturday mornings typically because the traffic is reduced. It keeps our crews a little bit safer. Keep in mind, on those dates we are flushing your neighborhood to run your water a little bit before you drink it or before you wash your clothes. Shane McAvinew (Parks and Recreation) - . Parks and Recreation Board - The Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast is coming up. We still have a need for 12 volunteers. If you are interested and have not signed up yet, I
