(Finance Department) Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? Mr. Wynne stated, once again, our current folder/inserter was purchased in 2002 for $11,990. Parts are no longer available and the veildor will no longer service it. It is kind of worn out. This is a State contract. It is $4,000 cheaper to purchase it over a five year period than if we were to lease it. That is why we recommended purchasing versus leasing. Council President Saponaro asked, anything else?
