Just because cyber-criine can, especially for municipalities, <br />exceed $5,000 pretty regularly. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, so if we have a inotion to exceed ancl it exceeds it, then <br />it doesn't pass it. They have to coine back. We have had to pass something for $1.96 <br />because it exceeded the amount. (Engineer) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Williams, made a inotion to authorize acceptance of bid and to <br />authorize expenditure in the amount of $37,999.82 to Signal Service Company for traffic signal <br />improvements at Wilson Mills Road and Worton Park Drive. (Engineer) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, d.iscussion or questions? Is anyone familiar with what <br />this is for? I know there is a clarification on when the signal is actually going to be in use. <br />If y'ou want to provide that for us, that would be great. <br />Mr: Cappello replied, at this intersection, there's left turns being attempted which is <br />causing traffic in the westbound direction to back up. We are putting an illuininated LED <br />No Left Turn sign and a mast arm which will extend out. It will only be from 6:00-9:00 <br />a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m. Otherwise, the sign will not be illuminated. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, so at those timeframes, people who . want to enter <br />Worton Park have to go down Joyce? <br />Mr. Cappello replied, correct. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any other discussion on this?
