Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Finance Department) Ordinance No. 2017-32 remained on First Read. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2017-33, entitled, "An Einergency Ordinance Authorizing and Directing the Mayor to enter into a new Lease Agreement with Christa Olivo for the purpose of continuing to lease the real estate located at 6536 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Oliio 44143. Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Finance Department) Ordinance No. 2017-33 remained on First Read. Mr. Jeroine stated, I wanted to suspend these because I figured it was money we would get in our pockets sooner. What was the reason we wanted to do Three Reads? Mr. Wynne replied, they are currently renting the spaces. We just have a new lease -agreement that goes into effect November l st so we have the time to do three reads. Mr. Jerome stated, understood. Thank you. Resolution No. 2017-08, entitled, "A Resolution in support of the establishment of an Emergency Operations Plan and participation in the Ready Cuyahoga County Certification Program." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (Law Department) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2017-08.
