(Finance Department) <br />Ordinance No. 2017-32 remained on First Read. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2017-33, entitled, "An Einergency Ordinance <br />Authorizing and Directing the Mayor to enter into a new Lease Agreement with Christa <br />Olivo for the purpose of continuing to lease the real estate located at 6536 Wilson Mills <br />Road, Mayfield Village, Oliio 44143. Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a <br />Whole. (Finance Department) <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 2017-33 remained on First Read. <br />Mr. Jeroine stated, I wanted to suspend these because I figured it was money we would get in our <br />pockets sooner. What was the reason we wanted to do Three Reads? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, they are currently renting the spaces. We just have a new lease -agreement <br />that goes into effect November l st so we have the time to do three reads. <br />Mr. Jerome stated, understood. Thank you. <br />Resolution No. 2017-08, entitled, "A Resolution in support of the establishment of an <br />Emergency Operations Plan and participation in the Ready Cuyahoga County <br />Certification Program." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole.
