Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council Monday, September 25, 2017 Page 14 discussed the Family Movie, the second movie of the season that the Rec Departrnent is trying out. Menorah Lighting is coming up December 12'b at 7:00 p.in. at the Community Room. We had some.new inembers present. We swore a new member in. We discussed some future activities we might be interested in doing. Possibly something for Valentine's Day. Whether we try to do something new next year or maybe wait until the year after. I am glad we had a full house and discussed some of the events we have been doing, why we have done it. Patsy chiined in on some of the reasons why the Committee exists. , Mrs. Mills stated, our new members are three young ladies. They have younger children, toddlers. They were interested in programs for thein. Mr. Jerome stated, even some of the times. It has come up before at Rec Board. It's hard to fit everyone in, what tiine we hold events and their kids are sleeping. You can't get to everybody. We are going to try to see if there's a way to expand some of those or have different activities for younger kids. We are going to look at that, along with the Rec Department. Citizen's Advisory - IVirs. Mills - We are meeting tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m. in this building. Drainage & Infrastructure - Mr. Jerome - We have not met in a while. The,next meeting is Monday, October 9?' at 6:30 p.in. in this room. We are going to talk about the review of suggested changes to drainage assisted application and project evaluation form. In addition to discussing the proposed changes to Chapter 955 of the Codified Ordinances which hones in on why Drainage & Infrastructure exists and what its roles are. Our last meeting was May 2, 2016. We are going to have an updated meeting. We have not met in some time. We will discuss the future of the Committee and see what inore we can do to help the residents and see what Administration's thoughts are along with our Engineer and Service Deparhnent. Stay tuned for that. Thank you. Finance Committee - Mr. Saponaro - We met this evening. There were 19 items on the agenda. We have approved a majority of them. The others were just for discussion purposes. Most of.them will be on the agenda this evening. Safety and Sei-vice - Mr. Marrie - Mr. Marrie reported, we discussed and passed two items for the Service Department, the compact track loader and the spray patching on Wilson Mills. We agreed to all of it, sent it to Finance and both items are on the agenda this evening for a vote. OLD BUSIN'ESS • Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2017-32, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance Authorizing and Directing the Mayor to enter into a new Lease Agreement .with John and Alyce Enkler for the purpose of continuing to lease the real estate located at 6500 Wilson Mills Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143. Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - 8/21/17) (Finance Department) Ordinance No. 2017-32 moved to Third Read.
