(Building Department) <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to approve Planning and Zoning <br />Commission's recommendation for Cleveland Metroparks lot split and consolidation - PP #831- <br />27-004 - Owner: Robin Bommer, 669 Echo Drive. (Building Department) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? Can someone enlighten us for the record? <br />Mr. Cappello reported, this is the lot split of a property on Echo of which approximately 5 acres <br />is going to be consolidated to the Metroparks. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, anything else we need to add to this? <br />There were no further comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Recommendation of Planning and <br />Zoning Approved <br />Motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports for October, 2017 and to <br />approve of same as submitted. (Finance Department) <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports <br />for September 2017 and to approve of same as submitted. (Finance Department) <br />Council President Saponaro asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, including November tax collections, our income tax collections for this year <br />are now equal to what they were for all of last year. We are significantly above what we <br />anticipated from a budget standpoint on tax collections also because we tend to be very <br />conservative. I will be meeting with the Mayor before the next Caucus to discuss how we want <br />to take some of those excess funds and have them allocated before the end of the year into other <br />funds in order to cover some capital projects planned in the future. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, okay, very good.
