Mr. Marrelli replied, forever and ever. It's not like a Conditiona] Use Permit that's renewed <br />every two years. . <br />Mrs. Jeanblanc asked, will it still require a variance for the 8' high fence? <br />Mr. Marrelli replied, I'11 have to relook at that. In an industrial distriet next to a residential <br />district you're allowed an 8' fence because of trucks and trailers. I'd have to go back and reread <br />how that's written to see if it would apply to this site. They may need a variance. <br />Mr. Feltman said, what we look at is a 7' fence with 1' decorative lattiee. It makes it very <br />atlractive. Mr. Marrelli states, we have four types of fence that we pennit, solid is not permitted. <br />Mr. Diemert said, we'lI talk about that at another time. ; <br />Mr. Syracuse said, we're just voting on the USE Variance. They would need to submit plans <br />and then if there's a variance request, it'll come to us at a later date. <br />Chairman Prcela asked if there is any further discussion. <br />There were no further comments. <br />ECISIO <br />Mr. DiFranco, seconded by Mr. Syracuse made a motion to approve the request for a USE <br />Variance to pernut Permanent Parcel No. 831-05-015, zoned in the Office-Laboratory District <br />to be used as a Memory Care Assisted Living Facility as proposed contingent upon: <br />1. Mr. Kinnaircl at 294 SOM Ctr Rd. is provided the appropriate buffer. <br />2.
