A VOICEa <br />On a monthly basis, residents meet with the Director of Culinary <br />Services. When I-lenry, a former firefighter, moved into an Artis community, <br />-:? <br />he had a special welcoming committee. For that reason when a resident moves into an Artis community, <br />,s <br />they are greeted with an individualized welcome gift. It provides a? <br />sense of familiarity in an unfamiliar environment. <br />'NTEGROTYt <br />When a new resident moves in, it is not simply the staff who jump <br />j into action. Communities have an ambassador program which <br />w <br />enables a current resident to welcome, tour, and help the new <br />resident with the transition. What better person to hear that <br />everYthin9 will be okaY than from someone who has walked in <br />their shoes. <br />4 <br />r <br />? <br />SUCCESS AGCED RECOGNGTtlON. <br />A local organization was holding a walk for their cause and needed <br />volunteers to label water bottles.
