(q) On the side of any street where fire hydrants are located; <br />(r) Between the sidewalk and a roadway or treelawn, or upon the center strip of any freeway, <br />expressway or boulevard, or in a traffic island; (Ord. 73-32. Passed 8-20-73.) <br />(s) In any fire lane on public or private property which has been duly designated and posted <br />as such by the Police Department or the Fire Department. (The Village's Fire Chief, Fire <br />Marshal, Assistant Fire Marshal, Municipal Fire Safety Inspector, or the Fire Code Official are <br />also granted the authority to enforce this provision); (Ord. 2013-16. Passed 1-21-14.) <br />(t) On any street or highway at any time when the Mayor determines and makes a written <br />finding that there exists on any such street or highway two inches or more of snow in depth, <br />which requires that the street or highway be plowed with equipment in order to make such street <br />useable for vehicular traffic; <br />(u) Whenever the Chief of Police determines that there is a traffic hazard and causes signs to <br />be posted advising that no parking or stopping is permitted; <br />(v) Within a school zone when school is in session and between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. <br />except to take on or discharge passengers and then for no longer than is necessary for such <br />purpose; <br />(w) On any treelawn; (Ord. 73-32. Passed 8-20-73.) <br />(x) On private property without the consent of the owner or occupant of the premises, <br />providing such owner or occupant advises the Police Department in writing that such parking is <br />without their consent; (Ord. 72-33. Passed 10-16-72.) <br />(y) On the south side of Seneca Road for a distance of 500 feet east of its intersection with S. <br />O. M. Center Road; <br />(z) On any side of Beta Drive; <br />(aa) On any side of Aintree Park Drive between its intersection with S. O. M Center Road and <br />Hunt Circle; <br />(bb) On the east or west side of Worton Park Drive from its intersection with Wilson Mills <br />Road southerly to a point 150 feet away; <br />(cc) On either side of Pinetree Park Road east and west to a point 150 feet from its <br />intersection with Wilson Mills Road; <br />(dd) During construction work on one side of the street only; <br />(ee) On S. O. M. Center Road, between the south corporation line of Mayfield Village and a <br />point located.12 mile, more or less, north of Wilson Mills Road;
