(5) Inforinational Packet. A packet of informatioii sliall be provided to renters, posted <br />conspicuously in the common area of the Short-Term Rental and provided to the Building <br />Departinent suminarizing guidelines and restrictions applicable to Short-Term Rental use, <br />including: (i) Information.on rnaximum occupancy; <br />(ii) Applicable noise and use restrictions; <br />(iii) Location of off-street parking; <br />(iv) Direction that trash shall nof be stored within public view, except within proper <br />containers for the purpose of collection, and provision of the trash collection <br />schedule; <br />(v) Contact information for the Local Property Representative; <br />(vi) Evacuation routes; <br />(vii) The renters responsibility not to trespass on private property and create <br />disturbances; and <br />(viii) Notification that the renter is responsible for complying with this chapter and <br />all other applicable laws of the Village and State of Ohio and that the renter may <br />be cited or fined by the Village for violating the provisions of this chapter. <br />(6) Insurance. The property owner shall maintain on file with the Village an up to date <br />certificate of insurance documenting that the Short-Term Rental is insured as a short-term <br />rental for the term of the permit. (7) Compliance with Village Ordinances. All Short-Term Rentals must comply with all <br />Village codes and ordinances. <br />(b) Effective Date and Expiration. A permit obtained under this chapter shall be effective for one <br />year, and shall expire one year from the date the permit is obtained. <br />772.03 Permit; Fee <br />(a) No person shall rent their property on a short-term rental basis within the Village, unless he or <br />she is the holder of a permit, which is in full force and effect and issued pursuant to the provisions <br />of this chapter, and shall exhibit such permit to any police officer or official of this Village upon <br />demand. <br />(b) Such permit shall be obtained from the Building Depatiment, and shall furnish the following <br />information: <br />(1) Full name of applicant, phone number, local address, and e-mail address; <br />(2) Permanent home address (if different from Iocal address);
