Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and being a part of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 35 (now within the said Village of Mayfield) and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of Highland Road, so called, and North 88 degrees 28' West along the said road center line, a distance of 1433.2 feet from its intersection with the center line of S.O.M. Center Road, so called; . Thence South 1 degree 20' West, and thru an iron pipe 40 feet therefrom, a total distance of 1109.8 feet to an iron pipe on the Northerly line of lands conveyed (by will) March 28, 1910, to Jennie Lockemer; Thence North 88 degrees 28' West, along the said Lockemer line, a distance of 198.65 fEet to an iron pipe; _ Thence North 1 degree East, a distance of 1109.8 feet to the aforenoted Highland Road center line, and thru an iron pipe 40 feet therefrom; Thence South 88 degrees 28' East, along the said road center line, a distance of 204.95 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Center Road 60 feet wide; Thence North 87 degrees 46' 02" West along the center line of said Highland Road, a distance of 1433.20 feet to the northwesterly property corner of land conveyed to the Hayden Avenue Baptist Church by deed recorded in Volume 12548, Page 439 of the Cuyahoga County Deed Records; Thence South 02 degrees 01' 58" West along the westerly line of said land- so conveyed and passing through an iron pipe found 0:12 feet nortfi and 0.38 feet west in the southerly line of said Highland Road, a distance of 709.76 feet to an iron pin set at the southeasterly property corner thereof, said point being the principal place of beginning; Thence continuing South 02 degrees 01' 58" West along the southerly prolongation of said westerly line, a distance of 400.00 feet to an iron pin set at the southeasterly property corner of land conveyed to P.L. and F.R. by deed as recorded in Volume 84-0765, Page 25 of Cuyahoga County Deed records; Thence North 87 degrees 46' 02" West a distance of 198.45 feet to an iron pipe found 0.03 feet east at the southwesterly property corner thereof; Thence North 0 1 degree 41' 5 8" East along the westerly line of said land so conveyed, a distance of 400.00 feet to an iron pin set on the.westerly line of lands so conveyed;
