MANAGEMENT <br />?PROGRAM <br />Regional Stormwater Management Program gl. <br />Community Cost-Share Program <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE. . ???? <br />Community Cost-Share Account - Current Balance as of 10/31/17 $130,077.13WCommunity Cost-Share Account - Projected for 2017 (90% collection): $71,596.85 <br />The Community Cost-Share Program (CCS) provides funding to Member Communities for <br />management program community-specific local stormwater management projects. Twenty- <br />five percent of the total annual stormwater fee revenue coliected in each Member Community <br />is alfocated to the Member Community's Cost-Share Account. The CCS is a reimbursement <br />grant program with application review initiated through your Watershed Team Leader. <br />Application and Project Farms: Budget Modification Request, Reimbursement Request: <br />,http://www.neorsd.org/communitystormwaterresources.php <br />Types of Eligible Projects include, but are not limited to the following: <br />? Projects that reduce vofume, flow rate, or pollutant load of stormwater to the Local <br />Stormwater System or Regional Stormwater System, <br />• Projects that help Member Communities meet their NPDES Phase II requirements under <br />Ohio EPA or other Clean Water Act mandates, <br />Projects necessary to mitigate separate sanitary sewer overflow, <br />4: Repair, replacement or cleaning of local storm sewers, catch basins, street sw.eeping, <br />and other components of the Local Stormwater System, <br />e' Maintenance of stormwater control measures, <br />i?
